Studio Studiotech

Okay here's a little treat (sarcasm). At first I thought this keyboard was great due to its small size and number of features. Plenty of knobs and a few extras. Little did I know that if you use this keyboard it will break. Not to mention if you misplace the drivers. The company's website doesn't work. My attempt to relocate the drivers have turned up nothing except users reviews (all in French).

Novation MidiCon

Early simple midi keyboard from Novation. 2 octave with soft key octave switch 4 up and 4 down for a total of 8 octaves. Pitch and mod wheels, sustain pedal input, midi out (no in or thru). No internal sounds, controller keyboard only
Solid unit puts up with a regular thrashing from me, good reliable midi output under harsh (hot, sweaty clubs) conditions, works well under a range of apps, personally use it with midivid for fast overlay triggering.

Large keys are a bonus but nothing showing which octave your in and unfortunately no patch changing function

M Audio Oxygen 8

The Oxygen 8 is the baby of the USB Keystations series designed by Midiman In the 3 models, the Oxygen 8 is the smallest and most portable (42 x 23.7 x 7.62cm / 16.5 x 9.35 x 3 inches, 1.4kg).
It's a great controller when you have to move all your gear and want to save room without giving up on the midi control. One of the Oxygen 8's key features is its built-in 16-channel MIDI interface. There's no need to purchase an extra box (such as Midiman's Midisport) because you can connect it to a computer via USB. There are two MIDI outs to control other hardware as well.

Edirol PCR-50

There are 2 similar keyboards from Edirol : the PCR-50 reviewed here has 49 keys and the smaller PCR-30 has 32 keys is built around the same deisgn. There are also octave controls, letting you expand your keyboard keys range by going up or down an octave.
The first thing I appreciated about this keyboard is the number of controllers, and their diversity. With 8 rotary knobs, 8 faders,
