After a disastrous gig that finished with my prototype Edirol av mixer showering the front half of the dancefloor at Cargo with warm fruit pulp, I decided to look for a tried and tested replacement mixing solution.
One ebay search :"panasonic Mixer" later and I was hooking up the old vhs decks to this streamlined design classic.

Being one of the older Panasonic mixers, you don't get internal timebase correction, but this 70's gem is still capable of smooth blends between two fruit or vegetable sauces.

I recommend using the Non Additive Mix feature for smoothies and health shakes. The P0039 has now replaced the Kenwood Chef in my touring rig due to it's compact frame and high build quality.
